Morning at Radisson Blu Dauguva: Breakfast tables set in an airy classic restaurant with white washed walls and black and white checked floors. Good impression (since I love a chess checked) with attentive staff and a buffé as big as my apartment (45 m2 for the record). Well, you can’t find american pancakes with maple syrup or even orange marmalade with peels (goes so well with hard cheese on toasted bread – try!) but almost everything else you would like, including virgin mary with tabasco sause and a celery stam. I always take a big plate of scrambled eggs, bacon, fried tomatoe and toast for start. Then some sweet toast tosted in jam and butter or butter with thin smoked ham and finally a bowl of fresh fruits, nuts and grained cocos. That is a great breakfast before sightseeing hours in town.
