Miss T Loves…

… To curl up in front of the fireplace when autumn chill lurk around the house. Home hot home.

A special place in my heart

Laxvik has (and always will have) a special place in my heart. This small beach at the West coast in Sweden is never crowded even at high season when nearby Östra Stranden och Tylösand in Halmstad has not even an inch left between the summer guests. Friday afternoon we had the beach all to ourselves most day, a little windy but behind a sand dune it was varm enough for bikini. Choose to put your picnic kit down either in the sand or the cliffs or gras fields close by.

I just have to show the naked truth

I found this funny picture at “Hej Jönköping”. If you ever stop by the island Visingsö in Lake Vättern, Sweden’s (on of Europe’s a guess) deepest lakes, you ought to know there is a nudist beach some where on the island – and not everywhere as the myth about sin Sweden says. Visingsö is a gem so do stop by for a tour with “remmalag”, famous hourse and cart-style, or bike around the island. Here is plenty to do an see and lot’s of bed & breakfast and homemade food stops.

My friends around the world: Silver mine

“Dark in Sala Silver mine. 155 meter down under.”

Christoffer, event director at Dreamhack.

Shoping: Acne Archive, Sthlm

For all Acne lovers out there here is a stop you can’t miss visiting Stockholm, Sweden. The famous and cool fashion label has a small outlet shop for past collections and test pieces in the corner of Torsgatan 53/Karlbergsgatan 45.

Famous selection: Svartengrens, Sthlm

Go here for great cocktails for all senses. Or really good food, I have been told. Saturday night the place is crowded but we are lucky and get a table in the bar area almost straight away. Next to us sits a loud couple with two friends, talking at scream level and laughing hard. It is the celibraty couple number one in Sweden, tv-stars Kristian Luuk and Carina Berg. They live close by in this up and coming hood with lot’s of interesting food stops but this being one of the best accourding to reliable sources.

The white side of life

We have left all the dull and dirty behind and drive into the beautiful snow pampered Swedish countryside. I think it is such a privilegie to live in a country with so shifting moods of nature. This time of year is hell when you drive but heaven for a skibum.

Ps: Har lämnat allt grått och trist bakom oss. Här är vitt och vackert. Ett privilegium att få bo i ett land med så skiftande årstider. Snö är vanskligt för bilister men underbart för en skidåkare.
